Booking & quotes
Quotes provided through our website are estimates based on the information you share about your pet. Final pricing may vary for factors such as coat condition, matting, size, or temperament — and we’ll always confirm any change with you before we begin.
Appointments & access
We bring our fully-equipped van to your location, so we’ll need safe, legal parking and access on the day of your appointment. Please make sure someone authorized is available for drop-off and pick-up of your pet, and let us know about any health, behavior, or handling concerns in advance.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Life happens — if you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as you can so we can offer the slot to another pet parent. We’ll share our current cancellation window when we confirm your booking.
Health & safety
Your pet’s wellbeing comes first. We may pause or stop a groom if continuing would be unsafe or distressing for your pet, and we’ll always tell you why. We ask that pets are up to date on core vaccinations as required by law. You agree to disclose any aggression history, medical conditions, or special needs before service.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Promotional codes and offers are subject to their stated terms and cannot be combined unless noted.
Limitation of liability
We take great care with every pet, but to the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions revealed during grooming.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
